„Velomarathon“ starting times:

Safety measures:
Every participant is personally responsible for his safe actions during the marathon.
Helmets are obligatory to all! Participants with no helmets will not be allowed to start and participants riding without helmets will be disqualified. Helmet must not be cracked, damaged, homemade, unsuitable for cycling or other which is prohibited by Lithuanian and European Union institutions.
„Velomarathon“participants are divided into groups:

| Group for all cycling enthusiasts born in year 2000 and older who do not wish to participate in sport groups. Hobby group is same to both: men and women. |

It is possible to register to „Velomarathon“ in any of the three periods:

Juvenile participants must show signed acceptance of the parents (or foster-parents) during the handout.
Start numbers will be published in the official website on 18.08.2011 (Thursday), 18:00.
Sport and Hobby group participants must start from their start corridor regarding to what start number they have. Start corridor schemes will be published in the official website after announcement of start numbers. Start corridors will be also marked at the place of start.
Hobby group participants will follow the Organizer’s vehicles during the first lap. The vehicles will go out before the second lap. It is prohibited to overtake the Organizer’s vehicles during the first lap.
Parents or foster-parents may follow the Children group during their heat.
Participant may represent a team in „Velomarathon“. Teams may be:

„Velomarathon“results, winner clarification and awards:
- Unofficial results will be published on the day of „Velomarathon“:
- In official message board (in Organiser’s tent);
- In official website.
- Official results will be published in official website on 31.08.2011 (Wednesday), 12:00. Organiser has a right to postpone this term.
All children heat participants are awarded. The awards will be right after the finish of the group.
Hobby group awards will be a lottery from the start numbers where prizes will be won. The awards will be during sport group competition.
Following participants will be awarded:
- First three men in general classification;
- First three women in general classification;
- First three competitors in each group;
- First sport team in team classification.
The result of the sport team is determined by results of three fastest team members who completed 10 laps.
The winner of the hobby teams is the team that has largest quantity of members.

Assurance of medical aid:
Ambulance crews will stand near the “Velomarathon” track.
